Located on a prime position of having access to both ocean and park, the premise was to devise a scheme that would only enhance and not compete with the beautiful surrounding vistas.

Creating relaxed, uncompromising apartment living, and drawing inspiration from some of the world’s most luxe beachside locations, the emphasis for this project involved a fresh, natural palette including luxurious stone components and bespoke timber joinery throughout.
